ClickUp is a project management platform for tasks, docs, and team collaboration. Connect your ClickUp workspace to Oleria to bring member and team access into your identity and access graph.

What Oleria discovers

  • User accounts and profile attributes synced from your ClickUp workspace.
  • Team membership across your workspace.
Oleria uses this data for dormant account detection and access reviews, refreshed on Oleria’s regular sync schedule.

Prerequisites

  • A ClickUp Enterprise plan.
  • Workspace owner or admin access.
  • Single sign-on enabled for your Workspace through Okta SSO or Custom SAML. ClickUp shows SCIM credentials only after SSO is set up.
  • Admin access on the Oleria platform to add a new integration.

Open Security & Permissions in ClickUp

In ClickUp, select your Workspace avatar, choose Settings, and select Security & Permissions in the sidebar. After SSO is linked, ClickUp shows SCIM Base URL and SCIM API Token there. For details, see ClickUp’s Custom SAML SCIM configuration guide via Entra ID.

Copy your SCIM Base URL and Authentication Token

Copy both values:
  • SCIM Base URL - the SCIM Base URL value.
  • Authentication Token - the SCIM API Token value.
If you regenerate the SCIM API Token in ClickUp, update it in your identity provider and in Oleria, since both use the same token.

Connect ClickUp to Oleria

Open the integration

Go to your Oleria workspace, select Integrations, then select the ClickUp tile.

Complete the connection form

Fill in the connection form:

Save the integration

Select Connect to validate the credentials and save the integration.

Verify the integration

Confirm the new instance appears on the Connected tab of your Oleria Integrations page with a status of Healthy. Oleria syncs users and teams from ClickUp on its regular sync schedule once the initial sync completes.
If you regenerate the SCIM token in ClickUp, update the Authentication Token in Oleria by editing the integration.

Remediation actions

Oleria can also take these actions in ClickUp when the SCIM token can update users and groups:
  • Enable or disable a user account
  • Add or remove a user from a group
  • Create a new user or group
Oleria doesn’t check the token’s permissions until an action runs. If an action fails, confirm the token can update users and groups in ClickUp.
