Claude Enterprise and Team workspaces let organizations manage AI assistant access for their employees. Connect your Claude workspace to Oleria to bring member and group access into your identity and access graph.

What Oleria discovers

  • User accounts and profile attributes synced from your Claude workspace directory.
  • Group membership across your workspace.
Oleria uses this data for dormant account detection and access reviews, refreshed on Oleria’s regular sync schedule.

Prerequisites

  • A Claude Enterprise plan. SCIM isn’t available on Team plans.
  • The Owner role in your Claude organization.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) set up, including domain verification. See Anthropic’s Set up single sign-on (SSO) article.
  • Admin access on the Oleria platform to add a new integration.

Get your SCIM credentials from Claude

Start SCIM setup in Claude

In Claude, go to Organization and access settings (claude.ai/admin-settings/organization) and select Setup SCIM (or Manage SCIM) next to SCIM directory sync. The setup runs in a WorkOS portal. For details, see Anthropic’s Set up JIT or SCIM provisioning article.

Copy your SCIM Base URL and Authentication Token

Copy the SCIM endpoint and bearer token the setup shows:
  • SCIM Base URL - the SCIM endpoint shown in the setup.
  • Authentication Token - the bearer token shown in the setup.
Anthropic’s SCIM setup is built for identity providers such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. If the setup doesn’t give you an endpoint and bearer token you can copy, contact us at support@oleria.com.

Connect Claude to Oleria

Open the integration

Go to your Oleria workspace, select Integrations, then select the Claude tile.

Complete the connection form

Fill in the connection form:

Save the integration

Select Connect to validate the credentials and save the integration.

Verify the integration

Confirm the new instance appears on the Connected tab of your Oleria Integrations page with a status of Healthy. Oleria syncs users and groups from Claude on its regular sync schedule once the initial sync completes.
If you regenerate the SCIM token in Claude, update the Authentication Token in Oleria by editing the integration.

Remediation actions

Oleria can also take these actions in Claude when the SCIM token can update users and groups:
  • Enable or disable a user account
  • Add or remove a user from a group
  • Create a new user or group
Oleria doesn’t check the token’s permissions until an action runs. If an action fails, confirm the token can update users and groups in Claude.
