GoTo is a unified communications platform for meetings, phone, and IT support. Connect your GoTo account to Oleria to bring user and group access into your identity and access graph.

What Oleria discovers

  • User accounts and profile attributes synced from GoTo’s directory.
  • Groups and their memberships.
Oleria uses this data for dormant account detection and access reviews, refreshed on Oleria’s regular sync schedule.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access in GoTo Admin to create OAuth client credentials.
  • Admin access on the Oleria platform to add a new integration.

GoTo credentials

GoTo authenticates API and SCIM requests with OAuth access tokens that expire after one hour. You get them through an OAuth client, and GoTo doesn’t issue a static SCIM bearer token. For details, see GoTo’s access token guide.
Oleria’s connection form currently accepts only a static SCIM bearer token, so you can’t connect GoTo from the form yet. To set up this integration, contact us at support@oleria.com.

Contact us at support@oleria.com to connect GoTo. We’ll walk you through creating the client credentials Oleria needs.

Verify the integration

Confirm the new instance appears on the Connected tab of your Oleria Integrations page with a status of Healthy. Oleria syncs users and groups from GoTo on its regular sync schedule once the initial sync completes.
If you rotate the GoTo credentials Oleria uses, contact us to update the integration.

Remediation actions

Oleria can also take these actions in GoTo when the credentials Oleria uses can update users and groups:
  • Enable or disable a user account
  • Add or remove a user from a group
  • Create a new user or group
Oleria doesn’t check the credentials’ permissions until an action runs. If an action fails, confirm the credentials can update users and groups in GoTo.
