Each user in your Oleria workspace has a set of attributes that identify who they are and where they stand in the onboarding process. You can see these attributes on the User Management page - either in the user list or in the detail panel for a specific user. Understanding the status field is especially useful when managing onboarding: you can quickly identify who has accepted their invite, who is still pending, and whose invite needs to be resent.
FieldDescription
NameFull name of the user. Retrieved from your organization’s authentication source when the user first logs in. May be blank if the user has not yet logged in or if the authentication source does not include a name.
Email addressEmail address used to invite the user. This is the address the user needs to log in via your organization’s authentication source.
StatusCurrent access state. Invited - user was invited but has not yet accepted. Invite expired - invitation expired before the user accepted (invitations are valid for 7 calendar days). Active - user has logged in and has workspace access.
RolesRoles assigned to the user that define their permissions in the Oleria workspace. See Default user roles for a description of each role.

Common status patterns

Invited - the user received the invitation email but has not yet logged in. If this status persists for more than a day or two, consider resending the invite in case the email was missed or landed in spam. Invite expired - the invitation link is no longer valid. You will need to resend the invite before the user can log in. Invitations expire after 7 calendar days. Active - the user has successfully logged in and has access to the workspace based on their assigned role.
